That’s not Steel Path. That’s for Arbitrations. You should still have access to Steel Path. Every time a new expansion drops with new nodes, you lose access to Arbitrations until you complete the new nodes. In this case, those are the new Angels of the Zariman map nodes. These are the missions associated with the Zariman quest.
