I am playing a strimtom build right now that is 2 arti 18 wizard inquisitive. Can do traps use a rune arm, is focused on CC spells but can still do decent aoe damage and has high single target with crossbow and inquisitive. Also playing as warforged so has good self healing even into low-mid reaper.1) Spellsinger Bard (I used this for 5k and 20 reaper points) 2) Favoured Soul/Paladin Tank/Healer. If this is a first life character, consider starting with an 18 dex so you can afford everything at level 1 still. If you don't have enough racial points, just don't put points in the halfling tree at end game.
